In Planet Ooze, kids learn about the scientific method as they study a non-Newtonian fluid called Ooze. Everyone makes their own Ooze, observes its properties and designs a spaceship! They can pretend to be intrepid explorers of a planet covered by this unusual substance.

- Opaque Cups
- Pipettes

Instructor to Provide
- Bucket (for a rinse basin)
- Plastic Bowls, Containers or Cups for mixing the Ooze
- Pencils
- Scissors
- Clear Tape
- Pitcher for water

- Food Coloring
- Paper Towels
- Mess Containers (aluminum pan, cookie sheet, large dish, plate or tray)
- Smelling Extract (such as banana)
