In Get A Grip, kids learn about the major groups of skeletal muscles and how they work together to control body movement. Concentrating on the muscles connected to the bones within the arm, kids build a movable bicep and tricep out of K'Nex®. Lastly, kids use the muscles in their hands to "get a grip" on a stress ball. It's a whole hour of activities!
