I've been a personal trainer for over 6 years now and this is a great product, however the difficulty scale isn't very accurate. If these are intended for a YOUTH exercise class, YOU CAN'T GET ANYTHING HIGHER THEN THE YELLOW "XTRA LIGHT" - anything else will be too difficult for the kids. The Green "Light" Resistance would be a nice choice for Teens ages 15 and up. The Red "Medium" would push the limits of most adults and the Blue "Heavy" is only suitable for a bodybuilder or the serious strength athlete.
