Puffer balls are great for fun or relaxation. We use these for psychiatric and substance abuse inpatients for stress reduction and sensory uses. They are pretty sturdy, and fun to use, with rubbery tentacles all over. The price is good for a 6-pack. Other similar items come singly and are much more expensive.
