Use these for bead weaving and everyday stringing, they are a great basic bead! The color variety is great for making patterns. They look very good with other fancier pony beads as well. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a solid basic pony bead.

I use this product to make kand bracelets, cuffs, and clothing. overall great product. the beads were a bit smaller than I expected.. I don't think they're quite 6X9 like the description says.. because I have other "6x9" beads that are a tad bigger. because I'm picky I can't use these beads along with the other bigger beads. but its a minor flaw, nothing a child would notice. and luckily theres plenty of colors that I can stick to just s&s beads for a few of my cuffs. no biggie. thats the only reason this isn't rated 4 stars

I used these beads a number of ways. There is always the conventional, to make a necklace using yarn, string, or gimp. This was done with a group of standard preschoolers as an introductory lesson into friends, as we made a friendship necklace, one for ourselves and one for a friend. With a special needs class, we put these beads on pipe cleaners for easier threading. I also put them in silly putty and had the children pull them out. This strengthened their little finger muscles.
