Comments about No-Bounce Medicine Balls:

Works good as a weight for lifting. Might work as a slam ball. Not good for exercizes requiring you to use the ball for balance under hands, like push-ups or side planks with hands on the ball to make balance more challenging. It is too squishy, making wrists bend back. For those, need a hard medicine ball or even a basketball.
