The Allen Cognitive Level Screen is a cognitive-perceptual-motor task that provides an estimate of a person's ability to learn and perform similar tasks and working memory. The Large Allen Cognitive Level Screen is a large form of the ACLS for persons with impaired vision or hand function who have difficulty using the regular ACLS form. Research studies have demonstrated correspondence with ACLS.
