The concept is great, especially if you use it with the crossword puzzle books that S&S provides. However, I wish the boxes were as large as the other crossword puzzle sheets (Item 16693). The difference in size is very apparent. If you're attempting to number the boxes, don't bother. There's not much room.

Group crossword puzzles are a highlight in geriatrics activities. I purchased this to save trees and use less paper but instead, this is a cheap version of a laminated product I was hoping better for.

Unfortunately, this product wasn't what I expected. In the picture the item appears to be a little larger than what it actually is and it began to crease after one use and it is very difficult to clean. In the Activity Field working with the Elderly, this product is not big enough for everyone to see. For children it probably would be fine. But for a senior citizen group activity it needs to be a little larger.

This product is a great idea to use, but because of the erasable surface it is difficult to do multiple puzzles due to the solid squares wipe off when removing letters from past puzzle. The surface is easy clean but when doing puzzles back to back it's frustrating & time consuming to black out the solid squares in a set amount of time w/ Residents w/ short attention spans.
