Safety brake placement and design make it easy to lock all wheels in place. Rollers are 14-gauge galvanized steel and the entire frame is a mig-welded, all steel construction. Includes 2 hand cranks for easy winding, 3 fabric clips per roller for securing cover to roller and instructions for assembly. Manufacturer’s warranty: 20 years against defects in materials or workmanship. Racks do not include the actual vinyl floor covering.
