Comments about Gator Skin® Neon Pink NBCF Softi-6 Ball:

I use the Gator Ball in the swimming pool. When it absorbs water it is nice and heavy, sinkable, yet pops to the top when released. I use it while working out in the pool to force me to tighten my leg muscles by holding it between my knees or ankles. It also adds some extra resistance to some of the water aerobic moves. Only down side is trying to squeeze all the water out of it between uses......but then that just becomes a muscle building exercise for my arms and hands. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!
