Feels Write Pre-Writing Stones

Ideal for pre-writing activities, these tactile stones will help build fine motor skills and develop the language to talk about shapes and patterns. Students will enjoy tracing over the patterns and shapes from left-to-right with their fingers, as well as using the stones to make impressions and copies in dough. Take a multi-sensory approach and add them to a tray filled with sand, rice, paint, or shaving foam for children to copy. Each stone is carefully engraved to provide important sensory feedback. Made from a unique stone mix they may be used both indoors and out – just wash them off afterwards. Each set contains 12 pre-writing stones (4-5” each) and an activity leaflet.
