Pros

  • Good Grip
  • Sturdy Construction

Cons

Best Uses

  • Making Giant Angry Birds
  • General Fitness

Comments about Exercise and Therapy Balls:

I used this to make a giant Angry Bird and throw it out of a giant slingshot. The ball is quite durable, but it does lose a bit of air over time. Not a lot - it'll take a day or so to notice any loss.

Children in our after school program love these balls and they are very durable, taking hard hits each week and still holding strong.
