These balls are packed in Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes which are delivered to hurting children in other countries who have nothing. These fit easily into the box & don't take up much room,leaving much needed space for other items. They will be such a joy to the child who receives one!

I'm certain I should have known better, but I thought a 12" ball would be bigger than this. They were not as tiny as the "mini" beach balls, but still quite a bit smaller than the "average" size. Also, there was nothing in the valve to keep the air in the ball while you sealed it, so it was nearly impossible to end up with a nicely inflated ball. Many of them lost lots of air overnight. They were brightly colored and OK for filling space when decorating, but I wouldn't buy them to use for an actual beach ball.
