The price was way to much for the product. The product is really old looking. We could not find a cassette anywhere to play in the machine. If I could return it and get my money back I would.

This product is used at an MHMR facility and the staff love being able to sing along with the people that we serve who are mentally challenged. The staff also love that the karaoke easily hooks up to the TV to see the words. Lots of good feedback on this one!!!!
