Designed to teach students how to perform perfect crunches. It puts any sized student into the correct position and forces them to do the crunches with proper technique. Students simply sit behind the Crunch Trainer and place their legs over the top foam bar. The heels are pulled back against the bottom bar to secure the unit. "Crunch" up and touch both red top caps. Lay back down flat and repeat. The Deluxe version includes both 3" and 4-1/2" wide vinyl strips that conform to NASPE and Fitnessgram guidelines.
