The balls do not always come down the ramp. You must have a lid under the cage otherwise you go running around the room for the ball.

This bingo cage looks good and is easy to use, however we either have to chase the balls across the floor or pluck them out of the little cup when it becomes sticky from the rubber coating that flakes off and builds up inside the cup. Not worth the money and I will look for a better product elsewhere.
