Directions were easy to follow, and they made quick work of tying off balloons to be used for decorations. A few of the clips had excess plastic that made getting the balloon neck into the slots a little difficult... but most of those could be opened with a fingernail. The balloons continued to float for at least twice as long as the helium tank indicated they would, and stayed fully inflated for days. The attached ribbon meant the balloons were ready to go in one tie-off step.
