Had & loved one as a kid, bought to share with neighbor girls (6 & 11). They loved it, but I was glad I checked it out first. Many loops too short to use or uneven thickness so they broke - just not good quality. Their mom loved the potholder, though - thought it looked rustic! Expensive for the quantity and quality. The whole kit made 1 potholder after sorting unuseable loops.

Disappointed at quality of product. Could only use about 40 percent of 3 packages on the standard size loom. Loopers were undersize and I was unable to stretch them to fit. [...]

This was a bag o' trouble. First, a LOT of the loopers were not even long enough, no matter how much you stretched. The thickness and texture of loops varied widely; many were very thick or stiff and difficult to work with, especially for a child. Finally, the color assortment leaned way to much to off-white or other drab neutrals. I think a lot of this is fabric remnants cut out, and I appreciate the recycling, but the quality is poor. I would have returned the second bag I ordered, except my daughter had ripped both open.
