Great beginners tumbling mat. I have 6-7-8-9 year old first time cheerleaders just learning how to perform basic cartwheel tumbling. The hand/foot steps are clearly outlined. The mat is soft, lightweight, durable and easily stored.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
