As a P.E. and Health Teacher, I have found many uses for these steppers. First, my students love to perform the video step routines, or make up their own step routines. Second, I use these steps as a 'platform' for long jumping because they are sturdy and really grab the floor. Third, these steppers can be used in obstacle courses for young children to jump on and off of. Finally, after school some of the teachers come into the gym and use them for their own exercise routines. We sure are getting our money's worth out of these aerobic steppers!
