Comments about Balance Rope:

I purchased two balance ropes for fitness classes I teach for kids. They roll all over the place and the kids don't like to use them. I don't feel they are safe and I see kids slip off of them all of the time-and the rolling action of the rope causes them to fall. I would recommend something else to use to help develop balance.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
