Designed by Dr. Curt Hinson, a director of PE workshops nationwide, these circuit-training cards make physical activity fast and fun, while quickly turning your gym into a circuit training facility. The set includes 6 different activities displayed with large images and written instructions on 8-1/2” x 11-3/4” laminated cards. The cards are designed to be set into W12439 plastic Pyramids (sold separately). The set includes Hopscotch, Jumping Jacks, Lunge, Pendulum Swing, Superball, and Run in Place.
