Valentine’s Day is such a fun day full of I love you’s, hearts, and adorable Valentine Crafts and Decorations. I’ve been searching through the S&S Worldwide Valentine’s Day Shop to try and narrow down a list of my favorites to share with you, but I’m having a hard time choosing because there are so many adorable kits and activities. So instead I’m sharing Valentine’s Day craft activities for kids to make and give to family or friends, that allow their creativity to shine through.

Each Valentine idea that I’ve chosen allows the crafter to put their imagination to work. Plus, they are crafts that are appropriate for a wide range of age groups AND are perfect for them to give to parents or other family members. I hope you LOVE what I picked as much as I do!

Stained Glass Hearts

These stained glass hearts make a great Valentine’s Day gift for the one you love! The completed project gives a stained glass effect. Hang the finished project with the included ribbon. Put it in the window and watch it catch the light! This is a pack of 24 plastic frames. Use glass stain to decorate.

Wood Crafts

If your group enjoys wood craft projects, they will love these heart themed stool and basket ideas! The unfinished wooden heart stool comes unassembled and unfinished. It includes the wood, screws, and sandpaper. The unfinished wooden heart basket comes with pre-cut wood pieces, wood slats andsandpaper. Use paints and stains to make them a masterpiece! Crafters can enjoy just painting their creation for a special Valentine, or we’ve listed a few other inspiring ideas you can try.  DIY Valentine’s Day Wood Box Keepsake 

Below is our wooden trinket box. The top has a small tray where crafters can get creative. The below boxes feature tissue paper, mosaic tiles and the third features a mix of craft embellishments. DIY Valentine’s Day Pin

With so many food restrictions in schools, sometimes it is safer to just have a non-food gift exchanging craft. I love these heart-shaped pins for that reason. Gift receivers, whether students within the class or family members, can wear their pin proudly knowing they received a special gift made from the heart.

Mini Owl Craft Kit

These cute owls have heart faces, so they are perfect heart crafts for Valentine’s Day! The scratch art allows each artist to be creative and make their own designs. You can even write the name of your Valentine with the scratch tool, and include a card that says “Owl Love you Forever!”. The kit comes with 24 little owls.
