Ideas Worth Sharing – Hanukkah Hagigah Dreidel

We survey many of our customers and sometimes we ask them what they use the products they are buying for. We continue to be wowed by your creative, resourceful and genius ideas, so we want to share them for others to enjoy!

Jacki, a Shabbat School Teacher, shares with us their annual Hanukkah craft tradition using our Paint-A-Dreidel Craft Kit

“I teach 4-5 year olds in a Reform Temple for Shabbat School. It’s getting harder and harder to find appropriate Jewish items and crafts, so I have always relied on S&S for my dreidel supplies.  Every year we have a Hanukkah Hagigah and one of the activities is to make our own dreidels, coloring them with permanent markers, and putting the dreidel Hebrew letters on each side (Gimmel, Daled, Hey, Nun).  I make those on sticker labels. Then we color a book with dreidel rules and learn the Hebrew letters as we play.  I love this activity and hope to continue doing it for many years!  Thank you for carrying these plain dreidels.”
